Our team run regular travel advice and vaccination clinics for patients who are planning to travel abroad.
We here at Surrey Health Care are passionate about travel health care and are a YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CENTRE.
Patients attending an appointment will need to complete a travel form before their appointment so please allow time for this.
Our Nurse Consultation is £30.00. Patients who do not attend their appointments will incur a fee of £30.00 per appointment.
